Southeast Boise experienced huge expansion in the last decade, but it has begun to taper off. Historic homes in this area are fewer, with most of the homes built between the ’70s and the present. The Columbia Village subdivision of modest homes up to higher-end homes spawned a population growth in the area that added a new high school, junior high and elementary school.
